Where you fit in.

Coach

Work directly with speakers to develop and refine their talks. Supports training and rehearsal schedule leading up to the event.

IT & Production

Handles technical setup, devices, and network on event day. Tech-minded, problem-solver.

Production & Sound

Runs AV, recording, and the free live stream on event day. Calm under pressure.

Setup & Cleanup Crew

Help us set up before the event and clean up after. Setup crew arrives 2 hours early; cleanup crew stays 30 minutes after. You'll also support guests who may need assistance during the session.
